Robert Adams is the President and founder of AIMM Consulting. As an Industrial-Organizational psychologist, Robert delivers strategic talent acquisition and development services. His 30-year background allows him to help organizations understand, analyze and improve their talent life cycle—acquiring, identifying, developing, and retaining top talent. Robert's consulting experiences include projects for private and public organizations, from supervisory to executive levels. His clients include a variety of organizations, such as GlaxoSmithKline, Pillsbury, Lucent Technologies, Union Pacific Railroad, Saturn Corporation, and the New York City Police Department. Mr. Adams holds a M.S. degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the University of Central Florida.
Becky Nickol is a Senior Consultant with AIMM. As an organizational consultant, Becky draws on a 20-year background as an executive coach, consultant and trainer, entrepreneur, Certified Financial Planning professional, and licensed mental health counselor. She has worked at every level of organizations, from boards of directors to front-line employees. Her strong and varied business background allows her to be a valuable resource to executives in a wide range of industries. Representative clients include: Prudential Bache, Walt Disney World, Schering Plough, AT&T, General Mills, and American Express. Ms. Nickol received a M.A. degree in Mental Health Counseling from Rollins College.
Asha Knutson is a Senior Project Consultant with AIMM/Advantis Research & Consulting. Asha holds a doctorate in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Minnesota. She has over 20 years experience in custom learning and assessment. She has designed and implemented numerous projects in the areas of competency modeling, training needs assessments, curriculum gap analysis, and curriculum design and development. Examples of recent clients include Ameriprise, Cargill, Roche Medical Diagnostics, The American Chemical Society, Gilead and U.S. Bank.
Mr. Ouzts has over thirty years experience as a software systems engineer and designer. Prior to joining AIMM, he managed the implementation of a wide variety of software development and IT projects while working with IBM, Harris Corporation, Boeing, and United Launch Alliance. Mr. Ouzts has helped AIMM develop its innovative SaaS assessment and reporting technology. Gary earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Colorado State University.
Dr. McIntire's areas of expertise include psychological testing and measurement, training evaluation, validation strategy, research design, and statistical analysis. She has conducted validation studies and research projects for Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, and local municipalities. Dr. McIntire designed, developed, and validated the award-winning Teller Assessment Program (TAP) that combined assessment center technology with video-based testing techniques. Dr. McIntire is often called upon to assist clients in tailoring selection and training programs to meet their unique needs. Dr. McIntire is co-author of three books: The Job Analysis Kit , PAR, Inc., 1995, Foundations of Psychological Testing, McGraw-Hill, 2000, and Organizational Development: Strategies for a Changing Environment, HarperCollins, 1996. Dr. McIntire holds M.A. and Ph.D. degrees in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of South Florida.
Many Ann Bucklan
Mary Ann is a Senior Project Manager with AIMM. Ms. Bucklan has over ten years experience as an organizational consultant in the areas of employee assessment, test development, job analysis, and statistical analysis. She has managed the development and implementation of a wide variety of projects including job analyses, assessment centers, and video-, audio-, and paper-based skills tests. Ms. Bucklan has worked with clients in a variety of industries, including automotive, banking, utilities, and manufacturing. Some of Ms. Bucklan's recent clients include Consolidated Rail Corporation, Coca-Cola Bottling Company of New York, the City of Clearwater, FL, and Orlando, FL Police Department. She is co-author of the book: The Job Analysis Kit, PAR, Inc., 1995. Ms. Bucklan earned a M.S. degree in Industrial Psychology from the University of Central Florida.
Mr. Whisenant consults and advises clients regarding Human Resource (HR) issues, creating employee handbooks, recruiting programs, interviewing processes, orientation programs, on-boarding procedures, and talent development training. He coaches senior level executives on HR procedures, legal issues, communication, interviewing, performance improvement, and employee recognition. Todd is an expert at conducting HR audits, managing employee discipline and researching compensation issues to create new salary matrices. Mr. Whisenant earned a B.S. degree in General Management from the University of Alabama and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
Jeff came to AIMM in 2002 to manage the launch of the Saturn Center for Leadership Development. In his role with AIMM, Jeff oversees the marketing and communication outreach to internal and external audiences, drives social media relations efforts and guides staff on ways to promote and advocate for talent acquisition and development. Mr. DeRitter earned a M.A. degree in Public Communications and Relations from Albion College.
